[OpenGLAM] Public Domain Review's Class of 2015

Hi all just a quick note to say that The Public Domain Review has published
its "Class of 2015": top pick of those whose works will enter the public
domain next year.

Unlike previous years, in addition to the "life plus 70 years" copyright
expirations, we've also included the "life plus 50 years".
