[open-science] [Open-access] Open Access licence data crowdsourcing exercise

Hi Peter and Ross,

What about creating an app in Crowdcrafting for this problem? Will you be
interested? It could be really engaging for big media like slashdot.org or
similar web sites, so if we create an app that can help to do that, we may
send a notice to Reddit.com or Slashdot.org and get all the work done
really quickly.

What do you think? This idea is only valuable if you don't have a really
tight dead-line.
