The event will be held over three days, with presentations delivered by
researchers from the international community, including presentations from
keynote speakers and state-of-the-art lectures.

The conference welcomes papers on the following (but not limited to)
research topics:

* Collaborative Learning

* Digital Libraries for E-Learning

* E-Learning Platforms, Portals

* Groupware Tools

* Higher Education vs. Vocational Training

* Immersive Learning

* Joint Degrees

* Learning Organization

* Medical Applications

* Ontologies and Meta-Data Standards

* Pedagogy Enhancement with E-Learning

* Security Aspects

* Teacher Evaluation

* Virtual Labs and Virtual Classrooms

* Web-based Learning, Wikis and Blogs

All submitted papers will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. The
published proceedings will be indexed in ResearchBib, in addition, they
will be reviewed for possible inclusion within the INSPEC, EI, DBLP,
Microsoft Academic Research, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar Databases.
In addition, BEST registered papers will be published in one of the
following special issues provided that the author do major improvements
and extension within the time frame that will be set by the conference and
his/her paper is approved by the chief editor:

If you do not have a paper, and you want to attend all the activities of
the conference as a guest, you are very welcome. Please do online
registration with option guest (must be with your credit card, not a
friend). You will get conference kit, the meals, coffee breaks, tour, and
certification of attendance. The last day of registration is on September
22, 2014.
