Hi Mattias,

I did not use tietopyynto.fi site - I could have used it but instead just
sent email to the universities directly in 2014.

This became a long and tedious process, as the universities were trying to
find all sorts of esoteric reasons why they would not be obliged to release
the information. Happily the Finnish open science community gave lots of
support on the way and soon the number will be available in a neat format
for all universities and publishers 2010-2015, also thanks to the Finnish
MoE open science project (ATT).
