Dear colleagues,
On behalf of Geo4All, i would like to congratulate our NASA colleagues for winning two of the three awards at the ESA Big Data from Space, BiDS'16 conference [1] earlier this week for the amazing virtual globe technology NASA World Wind [2]. This is an excellent example of Leveraging Ingenuity through Reusable and Open Source Software for the global good [3].
We are grateful for NASA colleagues strong support and contributions to Geo4All and leading our OpenCitySmart initiative [4],[5]. I request you all to help support the OpenCitySmart initiative by contributing your expertise to our Europa Challenge 2016 [6].
The effects of Climate Change are global and we need to work together as a global family to find solutions . Some ideas at https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/ica-osgeo-labs/2016-March/002717.html
Best wishes,
