Dear all,

Because of enthusiastic response to the previous message about the launch of the first episode of the Road to Open Science podcast, I'm happy to inform you that the second episode is now available. This episode, titled 'Collaboration is Key' can be found on the website of the Open Science Community<https://openscience-utrecht.com/oscu-podcast/r2os-episode-2/> Utrecht. You can also subscribe to the Road to Open Science podcast on Soundcloud<https://soundcloud.com/utrechtyoungacademy>, Stitcher<https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/sanli-faez/voice-of-the-utrecht-young-academy?refid=stpr>, and iTunes<https://itunes.apple.com/nl/podcast/voice-of-the-utrecht-young-academy/id1303196174?l=en>.

In the podcast series The Road to Open Science, hosts Sanli and Lieven follow the path to open science through the perspective of researchers from different disciplines. In each episode they talk to people within the academic community about their research, initiative or experiences in relation to open science. For this episode we had conversations with Kirstie Whitaker (Alan Turing Institute, UK), Daniel Lakens (Eindhoven University of Technology, NL) and Anita Eerland and Loek Brinkman (Open Science Community Utrecht, NL). We asked our guests, what the most important role is that the university can play to foster open science.

Haven't heard episode one, 'A Social Dilemma', yet? Listen to it here<https://openscience-utrecht.com/r2os-episode-1/>!

Kind regards,

On behalf of the Road to Open Science production team,
