I'm getting in touch to let you know that MDPI has recently published the
following book:

The Global Benefits of Open Research

It contains essays from early career researchers originally submitted for a
writing prize. We were very impressed with the quality, content, and
diversity of entries decided to create an open access book with them. It is
now available as a free PDF download from the link above.

I hope it provides you with useful perspectives from early career
