[open-science] OKFN Open Science Mailing List will close on 31 Jan 2020 - where to next?

The Dec update from OKFN to Federico states that there is a
discussion on-going around legal issues in hosting a public copy of the
archived content and they hope to provide more clarity soon.
So I guess we wait on that! It will hopefully also answer Ted's question.
