[Open-transport] Ottawa transit developers site

The Ottawa, Ontario, Canada transit agency OC Transpo has launched its
developers site

It has information about the bus schedule (GTFS) data as well as the
real-time arrival estimate (GPS location-based) API.  The license
provides for commercial and non-commercial use.

The transit agency was initially reluctant to provide developer access
to the real-time data, but civil society (Open Data Ottawa) worked
with the city government (Transit Commission) in order to make it
possible.
