[Open-transport] Transportation Camp DC

I agree that "open" transportation is not very clear. But I am sure that
there will be several presentations/discussion about what could be more
open in transportation during the TranspoCamp. I hope to raise some
discussions around Open511 for example.

For TRB, there is still some efforts to be done to raise awareness around
"open transportation" but the poster session about open data is a good
start. At least, poster session leave some place to discuss with people and
try to convince them :)
