[Open-transport] Transportation Camp DC

I think it'd be great if someone could give a talk about what the Open
Transport group has been up to and 2013 plans.  My high-level view (and I'm
curious if you agree) is that the Open Transport WG has got a lot of
European momentum, but it shares many of the same goals as the mostly North
American crowd that shows up at TransportationCamp.  It'd be great to get
people excited about combining efforts where it makes sense and I think
some outreach at TransportationCampDC could be a great start.
