[Open-transport] Transportation Camp DC

Agree with Brian.

Could someone sum up what was done by european members of the group: which
events, who are your contacts at the gov level, etc? We (member of the
groups present at the event) could present that and discuss differences
between Europe and Nord America (not a nice document, just bullet points).
 The role of the E.U compared to what's going on here could be interesting
to discuss... if we have european content.
