[Open-transport] DB Opens their (for now: elevator) data

Hey all,

just a heads-up for everybody who didn't take notice two weeks ago: DB 
is going to (really now!) open their data. Not all of it, not right 
away, small incremental steps – but with the appropriate licenses.

Blog announcements are only in German for now, unfortunately:
