[wdmmg-dev] OpenSpending Developer Meeting - Monday 12pm UTC

My suggestion is to have a dev meeting this week as planned at 12pm
UTC, even if for only 15 mins to start the scrum off... Last time I
tried to Doodle poll 1pm emerged as the best time for people but we
can discuss new times for people at the meeting on Monday. Thoughts?
