[wdmmg-dev] Bubbletree docs and demos on github pages

Have deployed bubbletree repo (and hence docs) to here (all it was git
branch gh-pages):

<http://okfn.github.com/bubbletree/>

You can't get a directory index of demos any more (so may wish to link
from doc page index.html) but they are (obviously) still there e.g.:

<http://okfn.github.com/bubbletree/demos/cra-map/>

(though I note Berlin Map does *not* seem to be working ...)
