Hello,

The repositories for OpenSpending are now at github. We have split the 
app in two: the webfrontend/core and the load process:

git at github.com:okfn/openspending.git
git at github.com:okfn/openspending.etl.git

The modules have been renamed to an "openspending" namespace from 
"wdmmg".
