[wdmmg-dev] Mapping regional spending

Hi all,

I created a little map demo for OpenSpending 

http://www.driven-by-data.net/clients/okfn/bubbletree/examples/cra-map

It shows the new bubbleviz and a region map in a split-view. Both views are synchronized, so if you navigate through the bubbles, the map will update accordingly. 

The map comes from a SVG file in which the relevant polygons are tagged with the region-ids found in the spending data. Also I added some population data to give the regions a bit more context.

Just wanted to share the demo, will now continue to work on Compare-O-tron stuff..
