[wdmmg-dev] types, names and URLs

Hi all,

I sent out the following URL scheme a bit back and would love to hear
more feedback on how to URL map bunkered datasets. Unlike most backend
decisions this is something we may have to live with for a long time
now so I think its worth getting general consent here (edited
lightly):
