[openspending-dev] Daily Bread not working on WDMMG

Hey all,

I've fixed up the JS version, but its a bit slow (it now loads 800kb
from the aggregator for each call..). While integrating it into the
blog, I've also cleaned up the home page a bit. Let me know if you
think thats not ok.
