[openspending-dev] Balance Sheets - advice please!

Hi All,

I've been attempting to guide JeanBrice, dealing with the Cameroon budget
through the Data Format process, but want to make sure I am advising him to
do the right thing.

His data is more like a balance sheet than what we usually have. Do we have
any nice way to display receipts / income (distinguishing them from
outgoings) or should he work just on the outgoings for now?
