[openspending-dev] Dev meting: July 4, 2013

Hi all,

Tomorrow is the first Thursday of the month and that means developer meeting! I'm away working but I'll go to the meeting but it'll be short (unless someone else is willing to step up and lead the meeting)

Just like in the past the meeting will take place on our IRC channel
#openspending on Freenode at 14 UTC (time examples below).

Like I said it'll be short. I only propose one subject

1. Taxman

The reason for it is interest I'm noticing in different countries to do daily bread computations and they revolve around taxman.

If you have anything you want to talk about, feel free to add to the agenda.

* 3PM in London (UTC+1)
* 4PM in Berlin (UTC+2)
* 10AM in New York (UTC-4)
* 10AM in West Brazil (UTC-4)
* 11AM in East Brazil (UTC-3)
