[kforge-dev] migrated kforge wiki into trac

I have just finished migrating the existing kforge wiki running on moinmoin:

   http://www.okfn.org/kforge/wiki

into the wiki in trac:

   http://project.knowledgeforge.net/kforge/trac/wiki

The old wiki will be left for a while but we should now do our editing 
on the trac site. At some point the old wiki will be taken down and 
replaced by a redirect.
