[MyData & Open Data] Issues to be addressed at workshop

Thanks for the suggestion Mattias. We recognize that Mydata WG  is
comprised of individuals, some who may ascribe to different views on using
these tools (Google, Skype). I will therefore leave it open for now, but
this is worth considering for the future, and my colleagues could advice.
