[MyData & Open Data] Issues to be addressed at workshop

At the back of Javier's comments, I need to add that indeed quite a few
people find these alternative tools a bit more difficult to use. It would
be great if we could have recommendations on how to manage these challenges
when using them, as well as a list of any other such out there that I might
not know about. I could include a post on the webpage pointing to these
tools. So looking forward to receiving them.
