[od-discuss] Is new data license from Maplight compliant with Open Definition?

Hi Jonathan,
I think that points 5 and 8 impose restrictions other than the two allowed
by the definition, so it does not currently meet the definition.
I am not an member of the Open Definition Advisory Council but am a
contributor.
