Yup, those are exactly what I was referring to. However, I think you will
find that the NC clause imposed by these entities is envisioned as being
more expansive than the legal prohibition on use of individual names.  In
the case of CRP, for instance, it's understood to cover aggregate totals
that are calculated thanks to the labor-intensive entity coding that they
perform.
