[ok-scotland] Glasgow mentors wanted for kids hackathon

Hey all,

Young Rewired State is an annual, national hackathon for under 19s. See
http://festivalofco.de for more. We (Prewired <http://www.prewired.org/>)
have a centre in Edinburgh, but there isn't one in Glasgow this year. There
are 3 kids in Glasgow who have been allocated to our centre, but they're
not going to be able to make the trek every day for a week!

It would be a *huge* shame for them to miss out, so if anyone local to
Glasgow is willing to mentor them during the week, you would be doing a
Very Good Thing. We could put you in touch with the kids/their parents to
arrange a venue (probably a coffee shop unless you are connected with a
suitable venue they could use - even better) and we could provide a budget
for snacks and drinks each day. We can also provide tips and resources to
help with the mentoring if you need (there are some on the YRS website
too), and the mentors in Edinburgh will be available remotely.

The week is 28th July - 3rd August.
