[OpenGLAM] Blog post on Europeana Space IPR workshop

Dear all,

Last week I attended the Europeana Space 
<http://www.europeana-space.eu/> IPR workshop. The workshop looked at 
Intellectual property and related technology and focused on digital 
cultural content rights in a non-traditional way, aiming at making 
content providers aware of technical frameworks and advances that 
support better management of licences.
