Thanks for your feedback. We looked into the oracle database holding the 
original data but couldn't find so far how to correct thoses errors. 
I had 115 errors coming back for the transfedd validator but I assumed 
they were not blocking. We will try to correct this as soon as possible.

Would it be possible to either add the missing stoppoints or leave them 
out of stop_times.txt? These make it impossible to import in for example 
opentripplanner.nl. Also the stops at 0.0,0.0 result in travellers not 
being able to travel by those stops.

etc. you probably saw them in the validation rapport.

Also, but this is a matter of semantics. GTFS allows the both directions 
(Aller/Retour) for one line with the same ID, using direction_id in 
trips.txt

Hi,

Having a special interest for France, i've seen that list before. Last
time i checked some feeds were expired or broken, but it seems to be
better now. I also did some tinkering with NEPTUNE building a parser
and a (failing) GTFS converter.
I was wondering how much timetables are digitally available, is each
CG obliged to maintain public transport dataset in CHOUETTE?
