[open-science] Open Undergrad Research Founation Is Created!

All,

Since I received no response to my question [1], I decided to create the
foundation for Open Undergrad Research.  Enclosed (and also shared via
Google Drive [2,3]) is the basic information about the organization that
will be placed on the web site, once I get that all set up.  Anyone is
welcome to give feedback or join me on this project/foundation.
